As a free resource to international students, Interstride hosts available jobs and internships in the U.S. and around the world. Interstride also allows you to connect with your international community and find resources to level up your global career.

Using Interstride

Syracuse University active and matriculated international students may use Handshake. For more information or questions, please contact Syracuse University Career Services or the Center for International Services.

  1. Visit the Interstride Login webpage.
  2. Select “Log in” and enter your Syracuse University email and password.
  3. Following, in as little as five minutes complete your profile and access the entire platform.
  4. The mobile app is available on the App Store and Google Play.

Administrator access is only granted to those career services professionals within the Career Services Network, after they have requested a career services account with Handshake using their respective school or college career center IT teams’ FAST request process. Access is also granted to staff within the Center for International Services.

  2. Select “Log in” and enter your Syracuse University email and password.
  3. Following, in as little as five minutes complete your profile and access the entire platform.
  4. The mobile app is available on the App Store and Google Play.

To boost your profile to the network, complete the following:

  1. Log in to Interstride using your Syracuse University email and password.
  2. On the left sidebar select “Boost now!”
  3. Follow the directions for “Complete your profile,” “Network with someone,” “Create a job search,” “Register for a webinar” and “Rate Interstride.”
