Quantum Education Professionals is seeking passionate Intervention Specialist for the 2025-2026 school year. We’re looking for dedicated educators who are eager to make a difference and are willing to work in person to support students’ success.
Hourly: $35–$54 per hour, offering flexible work options.
Bonus: Up to $750 sign-on bonus available.
What You’ll Do: As an Intervention Specialist with Quantum Resource Professionals, your role will include:
- Design and Implement IEPs – Create personalized educational plans for each student
- Adapt Curriculum and Methods – Modify lessons to fit diverse learning styles
- Collaborate with Teams – Work with teachers, therapists, and parents for student success
- Monitor and Assess Progress – Track performance and adjust teaching strategies
- Foster an Inclusive Environment – Build a supportive classroom where all students thrive

Qualifications:
- Licensed in Ohio and/or open to obtaining additional certifications/licenses as needed
- Experience in supporting children and adolescents in educational settings, particularly those with special needs
