Position Overview
BellCornerstone is seeking motivated college graduates interested in business, real estate, and relationship-driven work. This entry-level role focuses on business development, research, and transaction support while learning the commercial real estate industry from experienced professionals.
Associates help identify opportunities, support client relationships, and assist with real estate transactions across North America.
What You’ll Do
Business Development & Research
Identify potential client opportunities through research and outreach
Help connect with business leaders regarding real estate strategy and planning
Analyze company footprints and property ownership data
Client & Transaction Support
Assist with property marketing and buyer outreach
Support senior team members in preparing proposals and presentations
Participate in real estate transactions and negotiations
Professional Development
Receive hands-on training in commercial real estate, business development, and market analysis
Work directly with experienced brokers and leadership
Compensation
Base salary plus draw against commission
