  • Alumni Speaker Series Presents: Anish Shroff '04

    Anish graduated from Newhouse with a degree in Broadcast Journalism in 2004 and is now an ESPNU Host and play-by-play announcer for ESPNU Thursday night college football games. Shroff was featured on ESPN’s second season of the reality show Dream Job in 2004 and advanced to the final three contestants. He will share details of his career path with students, as well as offer advice on finding success in the competitive world of sports broadcasting. We look forward to welcoming him back to campus as part of our Alumni Speaker Series in partnership with Alumni Relations and the Asian Pacific American Heritage Month planning committee.

    Brian Earle from Cornell University will speak about table manners and how to make a great first impression, while you dine on a delicious 4-course meal.  Reservations and a $10 refundable deposit are required for this event; the actual value of your dinner will be more than $50.  Space is limited, sign up in Career Services, Suite 235 of the Schine Student Center.
  • Alumni Speaker Series Presents: Jennifer Zhao '09

    Jennifer Zhao currently works as an engineer for Raytheon, a leading company specializing in defense, homeland security, and other government markets throughout the world. Zhao, a former president of Asian Students in America, graduated from Syracuse University in 2009 and is now coming back to tell her story.
